This week’s guest is the man about town, the dj and music connoisseur, ACYDE. Born and raised in London to Nigerian parents and now living in Los Angeles, ACYDE is a music head with a taste and knowledge of all things music that few people can claim to have.
We talked about No Vacancy Inn, the project he has with Tremaine Emory and Rocky Marciano, meeting Virgil Abloh through Tony Tagoe (Virgil’s cousin and the owner of the legendary Soho record store ‘Deal Real’), what it was like testing the Yeezus LP with Kanye at La Bodega Negra for the first time and, of course, what his favourite records are!
